The Murray-Darling basin is often referred to as the ‘food bowl’, supplying water to much of the Australia’s food production. Artists Ken and Julia Yonetani spent three months in Mildura with the Murray-Darling Freshwater Research Centre, and created a ‘food ‘bowl’ from salt.
